Surround yourself with gentleness and positive affirmations. Your heart is wounded and needs attention. Do not ignore it. This is a time for spiritual support, physical and psychic cleansing, self-love, and self-care. Allow yourself to process and give yourself the time you need to heal. Be kind to yourself. There are holes in your heart and energy field. It is important to fill these spaces with love, acceptance. Ask the universe for healing.
