Cancellation and Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing from Lovely Om.

Merchandize: If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you have one week after delivery to contact us contact(at)lovelyom.com for an exchange or refund. Shipping costs cannot be refunded and in case of a return, you will have to carry the shippings fees yourself.

Weekend and online courses can be cancelled for a full refund up to one week before the start date.

Residential courses can be cancelled for a full refund up to three month before the start date and 50% refund up to one month before the start date.

Thereafter, no refunds will be given.
